David N. Schultz, CPM®
David N. Schultz, Certified Property Manager®, established David N. Schultz, Inc. in 1975. As President and Founder, Mr. Schultz oversees the strategic planning and operations of the company, and is actively involved with the supervision of clients' accounts. He is supported by 25 professionals in the company's Glendale corporate office, including an executive staff, four "teams" of property supervisors and assistants, seven accountants, and several other key employees.
A recognized leader in the field of property management and investment real estate, Mr. Schultz is skilled in all aspects of management of income properties, acquisitions, sales, tax-deferred exchanges, and financing. He began his real estate career in 1962, following his service as a supply officer in the U.S. Navy. He graduated from Occidental College in Los Angeles, California, with a degree in Business Administration. He is also a graduate of the Realtors Institute, and has completed professional studies at the University of California, Los Angeles, and Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, in real estate appraisal, taxation, investment analysis, tax deferred exchanges, syndication, real estate management, and administration.
Mr. Schultz has been a community and industry leader throughout his career. He has served on the Board of the Los Angeles Master Chorale, the Glendale College Foundation Board and the Glendale Symphony Orchestra Board. He is past Chairman of the Board of the Glendale Adventist Medical Center Foundation, where he made major contributions toward Capital Campaigns and Strategic Planning. Mr. Schultz is also a past Trustee of Occidental College in Los Angeles. Mr. Schultz is past Membership Chairman of Glendale Partners, a group whose members comprise the senior officers of the leading businesses in Glendale, and whose focus is on the careful development of the City.
Mr. Schultz is a Certified Property Manager, signifying national recognition by the Institute of Real Estate Management for a proven track record of experience, integrity, and technical knowledge.
